To fix this start TrueImageMonitor.exe manually
This article applies to:
- True Image 2013 by Acronis
In True Image 2013 there is the following entry in the product log:
The subscription owner is not signed in
The Acronis process TrueImageMonitor is not started for an unknown reason.
- To work around this issue, do the following:
- Start Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome
- There run the TrueImageMonitor.exe file.
You can also check if TrueImageMonitor is started by invoking Windows Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc), and looking up TrueImageMonitor.exe on the Processes tab:
