Acronis Backup products are designed for backing up data in small enterprises with a small number of machines and with no need for centralized management. You can install all the product components on the same machine only.
You can use Centralized Dashboard to monitor multiple Acronis Backup for VMware agents installed on different hosts, but you cannot manage multiple agents centrally.

Acronis Backup Advanced products are designed for backing up data in medium and large enterprises with multiple machines and therefore with a need for centralized management. In addition to components that need to be installed on a backed up machine, these editions include a Management Server that enables centralized management, and Storage Nodes for storing backed up data on them. Unlike Acronis Backup, Advanced products allow remote connection to a backed up machine. The Management Console can be installed on a remote machine, multiple Management Consoles can be installed.

In all Acronis Backup and Acronis Backup Advanced products a separate license is required for every machine/host you want to back up.
