This article provides information on how to set up permissions for Acronis software in third-party firewalls. Setting Dr. Web Security Space firewall permissions: Right-click on Dr. Web icon in system tray and go to Tools -> Settings: Open the Firewall tab -> Applications; Check Acronis applications, unselect Require confirmation... and set everything to Allow: Setting ESET Smart Security firewall permissions: The easiest way to do this is to activate Interactive mode in Advanced setup > Personal firewall: After this, when you start Acronis services, you will be prompted if these services allowed.
