46835: Business Products: how to check if your support program is valid

To check if you have a valid (non-expired) support program, do the following:

  1. Log into your account at the Acronis website.
  2. If you have a perpetual license, look at the Maintenance expires field:

Click Renew now to purchase renewal or register renewal that you already purchased.

If you have a subscription product, then maintenance is valid until license expiration:
