- You start Acronis True Image and log in to your Acronis account or perform an operation that requires logging in to account.
- You receive this error:
You have entered an incorrect e-mail or password. Please ensure that you type an e-mail and password for your Acronis account.
Check the e-mail and the password you have provided:
- Check spelling.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Make sure the correct input language is on.
- If you copy and paste the e-mail or the password, make sure you haven't accidentally copied spaces before or after them.
Open account page on Acronis website and try to log in there. If you still get the error, please consider changing your password: click Forgot registration details? and request password change. Then try to log in with the new password.
