Cause

Acronis Drive service is stopped.

Solution

Acronis Drive service is launched by Acronis Scheduler2 Service. Start this service:

  3. Make sure the Startup Type is set to Automatic.
  4. Click Start the service.
  5. After the service's status is changed to Started, try to open Acronis Archive.
