Other processes of Acronis True Image
If you observe a high CPU usage by other Acronis processes, please contact Acronis Customer Central with the following diagnostic information:
- A screenshot of Windows Task Manager, confirming the CPU usage by a particular Acronis process.
- Indicate if there is any backup, recovery, validation, disk cloning or other operation running when you observe the high CPU usage issue. If there is - take step-by-step screenshots on how it was configured and started.
- Debug logs collected as described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/58243
