Symptoms

You login as partner to Acronis Cyber Cloud > Integrations

In ConnectWise Manage settings > Product Mapping

A tab is displayed saying:

"Legacy offering items." > "Please remap these items to avoid compatibility issues in future releases. For more information about legacy offering items see https://kb.acronis.com/content/61972."

In Autotask PSA settings > Product Mapping

Offering item name is appended with term (legacy)

Example: Cloud-to-cloud (legacy)

Some offering items are not mapped

Cause

Indicated offering items have changed or became obsolete in the Cloud Platform and require manual remapping according to your current agreement in the PSA system.

Solution

  1. Remove mapping for Legacy offering items.
  2. Map missing offering items to correct products in your PSA system.

List of legacy offering items:

Offering Item name What changed Action required

Cloud-to-cloud Platform introduced granular features for O365: mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint seats. Cloud-to-cloud feature is being removed from platform. Remove mapping for Cloud-to-cloud and setup mapping for mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint.
