Date and time format displayed in operating system and in Acronis True Image may be different.
Operating system displays date and time according to date and time format in regional settings:
Acronis True Image displays date and time format according to settings that are configured in the operating system for the region that is associated with language selected in Acronis True Image.
Why date and time format in Acronis True Image differs from date and time format in the system?
If the same language is selected in operating system and in Acronis True Image, then date will be displayed according to that language in system settings.
If different languages are selected in operating system and in Acronis True Image, Acronis True Image displays date and time according to the region associated with the language selected in Settings section in the product: e.g if German language is selected in Acronis True Image and English is selected in the operating system, then Acronis True Image will display date and time in the format set in German locale in the operating system.
If you use non-English OS and Acronis True Image interface is in English, and you would like to change the way Acronis True Image displays time and date format, do the following:
- Open Control Panel -> go to Clock, Language, and Region - > Change date, time, or numbers formats
- In Format drop-down, select English(United States) (the same language that is selected in Acronis True Image interface)
- In Date and time formats section, select date and time formats that you need.
- Click Apply to save changes. Restart Acronis True Image.
