You install the backup agent in a Windows operating system. Installation fails with these messages in MSI log (C:\ProgramData\Acronis\InstallationLogs\BackupClient.msi.log):

The folder C:\Windows\Installer does not exist.
To verify that, navigate to C:\Windows, select View -> Options -> View -> clear the Hide protected operating system files check box and confirm your action. Review the list of files and folders in C:\Windows.
- Open C:\Windows folder.
- Create the new folder and name it "Installer"
- Repeat the installation of the backup agent
In case the issue persists please collect Process Monitor log (KB2295) while reproducing the issue with the installation.
