Symptoms

You are restoring files from a backup. You follow the usual steps (go to the Devices panel, select a device, click Recovery, select a recovery point and click Recover Files, select the files, click Recover) until you want to change the target where to recover these files to. You click Recover to to get a list of available online target destinations, but the list is empty:

Issue in the product. 

Solution

This issue was fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 21.01, Agent build 26226.

As a workaround for earlier builds, select the target device to recover to in the Backup Storage tab right away.
