Expand All / Hide All I am getting an “Unable To Connect To The MassTransit Server” error. How do I fix this? See MassTransit Administrator Cannot Connect to Engine. The MassTransit Service Starts and Then Stops. How do I fix this? See MassTransit Service Starts And Then Stops. How come files are stuck in my To Send folder? If the file count has been updated in the To Send column for the Contact the most likely reason is that automatic calls have been disabled for the contact – See MassTransit Auto-Calls Disabled Warning. If the file count has not been updated this means the Contact’s mailbox has not yet been polled by MassTransit and the files will not be transferred until this occurs. See MassTransit Mailbox Polling. How come my files are not forwarding to other Contacts? If this is for an FTP/ SFTP Contact, make sure the client application has disconnected (in some cases it is necessary that client application is completely closed out). MassTransit will not fully recognize the file receipt until this is done. Once this is done, MassTransit will then forward the files. Make sure the Contact is set to automatically process received files (this setting is on the Contact’s Security tab). If the Contact is supposed to auto-forward to another Server Contact, make sure the Auto-forward to Server is set on the Contact’s Outgoing calls tab. If it is a Forward Via contact, make sure that the forwarding Server Contact is set to connect automatically on the Outgoing calls tab and that automatically process received files is enabled on the Security tab.
