Symptoms

After Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.07 release in July 2020, notifications about C2C backups don't contain group name in subject.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.08.

There is a SharePoint site on the "Active sites" page of Microsoft admin console but the site is not listed in the Site collections section of Acronis Cyber Protection Console.

You have Acronis cloud agent for Office 365 and create a backup plan. You cannot find where to specify backup start time or you notice that the backup is in queued state.

Symptoms

The incremental С2С backup of SharePoint site finishes with a warning:

Failed to process change event Item/Add.

Cloud to cloud backup of Microsoft Team fails with an error like "Failed to load team apps: Error 403"

Symptoms

C2C backups (such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Google Workspace, Google Drive) fail with the following error:

A backup agent error: '[Archive Server]: server instance mismatch'

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

This issue was fixed in C21.02 Hotfix 1.

You backed up a private channel in Microsoft Teams. Later, you deleted the channel and want to restore it from the backup.

Restore fails with this error:

A backup agent error: 'Channel Channel id=<id> was not restored

Files folder of Channel id=<id> is not ready. Recovering of Channel's messages impossible

Symptoms

You recover Microsoft 365 data from a backup (via Online Dashboard).

Entire mailbox is selected for recovery.

After recovery, the operation status is "succeeded with warnings":

Cannot recover Microsoft 365 mailbox item ID: ..... in folder .... is skipped because size is larger than 4MB limit.

Data is recovered successfully except the attachment mentioned in the warning.

Symptoms

You log in the Protection Console as a customer group company administrator and attempt to add a Microsoft 365 organization as described in the User Guide.

This leads to a download prompt for the local agent for Microsoft 365 instead of redirecting to the Microsoft 365 login page.

Troubleshooting 

The behavior is expected if the tenant has "Enhanced security" enabled.

Symptoms

C2C backup of Office 365 Germany account in Acronis Cyber Cloud fails with an error similar to:

"AADSTS900381: Request redirection failed. Tenant 'tenantname' specified belongs to the National Cloud 'MicrosoftOnline,DE', but Current Cloud Instance 'microsoftonline,de' does not federate with 'MicrosoftOnline,DE'."
