Most current Acronis products (Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image and Acronis Cyber Protect) use multilingual installation files that allow choosing product language during installation. Instructions below apply to products that use separate installation file for each language.
Usually, the same product build is available in several languages. After registering the serial number for your product, you can download the installation file in different languages:
By default, during an operation, Acronis Cyber Backup will save its temporary files to the \ProgramData\Acronis\Temp folder on the machine where Acronis Agent for Exchange is installed (during backup), or either on the Agent machine or Acronis Management Server machine (during browsing of backups and restore).
You may want to change this if the capacity of the disk with the ProgramData folder on the affected machine (Agent or AMS) is an issue.
You have set up some Agents for VMware (Windows or Virtual Appliance) connected to a vCenter/ESX(i) host.
Some virtual machines do not appear in Cyber Protection console after recovery or physical to virtual conversion
Current Acronis Cyber Backup products use VMware "InstanceUUID" property in order to identify each virtual machine. If one or more machines use the same InstanceUUID then only one machine will appear in the console.
