Make sure the file is included in a sync with the Acronis Cloud and the synchronization has completed successfully before generating a public link for that file
You attempt to run a backup from virtual guest and get this error. Change location of virtual guest or change block size of used datastore, so that the datastore blocksize and blocksize of virtual guest matches.
Change the databases to Simple Recovery Mode
Delete the redundant task script using Schedmgr

Mailbox backup fails with error "Cannot open public folder or mailbox '<mailbox>'".
Depending on your scenario you can use one of these methods to "copy" a backup plan to another machine.
Method 1: Applying one backup plan to multiple machines
This way you can apply one backup plan to multiple machines without the need to configure it anew every time.
Replication is creating backups in multiple locations with a single backup plan. This feature allows replicating backups from a local/network storage to multiple local/network storage, to Acronis cloud, or to an on-premises cloud based on Acronis storage (applicable to Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud).
To set up replication:
You can uninstall Acronis Agent by starting the installation package and selecting Install Backup Client and then Remove or by running /usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/uninstall/uninstall. Should this way not work, you can uninstall Backup Client manually.
Follow these steps to completely delete Backup Client from your system:
1. Remove all modules from dkms:
# dkms status
snapapi26, 0.7.46, 2.6.9-1.667, i686: installed
# dkms remove -m snapapi26 -v 0.7.46 --all
Unlock the partition using diskpart
Backup Extension for Windows Azure Pack is a component that integrates Acronis Cyber Cloud with Windows Azure Pack. It enables service providers to offer multitenant backup service through Windows Azure Pack. Using the service tenants can back up both cloud virtual machines and on-premise infrastructure.
Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and Acronis Backup Service are web-based applications. To back up your data, you only need to install a Backup Agent on your machine. You can manage and monitor system protection with a web-based console.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and Acronis Cyber Backup Service allow backing up network shares, including shared folders created on a NAS.
You back up disks or an entire Linux machine. In the backup plan, you specify exclusions. Specified files/folders are not excluded from backup and backup completes with warning "File exclusion is not supported".

Introduction
Acronis Software is not always able to detect storage hardware correclty in the backup source selection or Disk Management components. This is often caused by a conflict with hardware, its drivers or third-party software. There is a huge number of possible storage configurations, and we cannot test every single one beforehand.
Version 7.7 and newer
Windows:
- In Cyber Protection console, delete the agent machine from the list.
- Open Command prompt as Administrator: Start -> Search -> cmd
- Execute:
"C:\Program Files\BackupClient\RegisterAgentTool" register_agent.exe -o register -t cloud -a https://cloud.acronis.com -u <account> -p <password>

- You download the archive to a Windows machine.
- You try to open the archive.
- Error appears:
Windows cannot open the folder.
The Compressed (zipped) Folder <path> is invalid.
